About THE CHAMPION PROJECT
The Champion Project is a donor-facing 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 81-1566770) based in The Woodlands, Texas that runs faith-community-centered mentoring, tutoring (Fostering Success), and a mobile Book Bus to serve youth living in congregate care and staffed foster-care facilities. The organization emphasizes a trauma-informed, group-mentoring model delivered through church partnerships and volunteer tutors, and operates an active Book Bus that brings books and literacy resources directly to group homes and shelters in the Greater Houston area.
