RUNNING RIVERS
To conserve and restore native fish ecosystems by educating and inspiring a diverse community of recreationists to engage in conservation through responsible and thoughtful recreation, informed advocacy and philanthropy, and impactful projects.
About RUNNING RIVERS
Running Rivers is a Colorado-based, volunteer-led 501(c)(3) that advances "conservation through recreation" by combining trail running, fly-fishing and community events to raise funds and steward freshwater habitats.
The organization runs multi-disciplinary fundraising races (branded as Flyathlons), develops education and outreach materials, and directs grant funding and volunteer labor into on-the-ground stream restoration and native trout recovery projects across Colorado and select partner states.
