BAYWORK

Verified EIN 81-2181960 and tax-exempt status: BAYWORK operates as a 501(c)(3) public charity (IRS ruling year 2021) and maintains an active web presence and annual reporting. The organization began as a regional consortium in 2009 and later incorporated as the current nonprofit to centralize workforce development efforts across Bay Area water and wastewater agencies.
