IGNITE MYANMAR, INC.

Ignite Myanmar, Inc. is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 81-2368008, IRS ruling year 2016) that supports indigenous Christian missionaries and community ministries in Myanmar. The organization’s stated purpose is to fund evangelistic outreach, rescue and support orphans, and provide humanitarian assistance through a network of local house churches.

Operationally Ignite Myanmar reports supporting 51 indigenous missionaries working across 23 neighborhoods and supporting 58 orphans; the organization says its work reaches more than 1,000 weekly attenders and is carried out on an annual budget in the mid-six-figure range. In recent years (notably since the February 2021 coup and the March 2025 earthquake) Ignite Myanmar has expanded humanitarian relief activities including food distributions, shelter/support for displaced children, and community water projects.
