Julia's Center for Healthcare (Julias Center)

Julia's Center for Healthcare (branded Julias Center) is an all-volunteer, donor-facing 501(c)(3) clinic in Plano, Texas that provides no-cost, non-emergency chronic medical care and health education to uninsured and underserved adult residents of Collin County. The clinic operates by appointment in the evenings and offers primary chronic care, a diabetes clinic, women’s health services (including pap smears), an optometry clinic, and a network of specialty referrals.

Founded in 2016 and operating from a community clinic space in Plano, the organization relies on volunteer medical providers, nurses, translators and administrative volunteers and extensive partnerships with local hospitals and charitable partners. In 2024 the clinic expanded into a larger suite to increase capacity and formalized growth in volunteer providers and patient volume.
