About GIRLS IN STEM

Girls In Stem is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 81-2771300, tax-exempt since 2016) that operates a chapter model to engage adolescent girls with hands-on STEM learning, role-model speakers, leadership development and community outreach.

The organization supports high-school and community chapters (dozens of chapters across multiple states and international connections), connects girls with female STEM professionals and corporate partners, and runs recurring workshops, speaker series and mentorship initiatives designed to close the gender gap in STEM.
