About ONPURPOSE ENRICHMENT INC

OnPurpose Enrichment, Inc. (branded OnPurpose Life EnrichMEnt Program) is a Houston-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit and mission-driven private practice that provides trauma-informed mental health services, school partnerships, and family support to children, adolescents, and their caregivers. Its flagship PurposeQuest™ model combines school-wide training, group interventions, individual therapy, and social services to create layered supports for youth who have experienced trauma. Founded to serve youth and families in high-need communities, OnPurpose has operated in the Houston area since 2016 and partners with school districts, regional agencies, and community funders. In the last 2–3 years the organization expanded program delivery through school contracts and regional grant awards and increased contributed revenue while maintaining a primarily program-focused staffing model and documented annual Form 990 filings through 2024.

PurposeQuest™ school-based trauma model

Developed and scaled a multi-tiered school partnership model that provides trauma-informed educator training, group resilience programs, individual therapy, and social service navigation to support students and families in Houston-area schools.

Regional grant/contract award for victim resiliency services

Secured significant regional funding to expand victim resiliency and recovery services (award-level regional contract funding awarded through a regional council process in 2024), enabling expanded direct services and school-based interventions.

Community recognition for leadership

Founder and CEO received local recognition (Houston Texans BOLD program) for community leadership and impact, highlighting the organization's role in delivering free and subsidized mental health services to youth and families.
