About Dementia Together
Dementia Together is a Fort Collins, Colorado–based 501(c)(3) nonprofit (tax-exempt since 2017) that provides education, social engagement, and support designed to improve quality of life for people living with dementia and their care partners. The organization emphasizes evidence-informed approaches and collaborates with local, national, and international partners to scale practices that promote well-being.
Core offerings include SPECAL-informed education and training for care partners and professionals, recurring Memory Cafés (in-person, mobile, and virtual), arts-engagement programs (B-Sharp Arts Engagement®), and care-partner support groups. Dementia Together operates primarily in Northern Colorado while making resources available more broadly through online programming and partnerships.
