About RESEARCH BRIDGE PARTNERS INC

Research Bridge Partners (RBP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that cultivates biomedical startup companies based on breakthroughs at mid-continent research universities, using proprietary analytics to identify high-impact university research and then building investable companies around that science. RBP operates as a donor-facing organization that also serves as the general partner of a program-related seed and catalyst investment fund to provide formative capital and operational support to university spinouts. The organization has an active program of university partnerships, seed-stage investments and portfolio support and has demonstrated recent activity (partnerships, board appointments and portfolio financings) in the last 2–3 years, with regularly updated news and filings available on its website and public Form 990s.
