About WOMEN IN INNOVATION INC

Women in Innovation (WIN) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit that convenes a professional community of practitioners working in innovation, design, research and related fields. The organization runs monthly events, chapter programming in New York, San Francisco and London, cohort-based development programs (WIN Relay), and public reports and awards intended to increase the visibility and leadership of women in innovation.

Since receiving tax-exempt status in 2017, WIN has scaled its membership and programming, producing research and convenings while expanding program delivery and staff capacity. In recent years the organization has grown its programmatic revenue and broadened its chapter activities and public-facing initiatives, including an annual awards program and published reports aimed at improving gender representation in innovation leadership.
