Incarnation Place is a Dallas-based 501(c)(3) neighborhood organization that serves the Roseland community (Zip code 75204), a public-housing–adjacent neighborhood. The organization advances the Church of the Incarnation’s ministry by delivering place‑based, relationship-centered programs in education, health & wellness, and community development. Incarnation Place operates direct services and convenes a collaborative network of local partners (the Roseland Partners) to deliver wraparound supports, run community events, and manage The Rose community center as a neighborhood hub. Staff and trustees combine local leadership with volunteer partners from area churches, schools and social agencies. In recent years the organization has expanded program activity and revenue: in 2024 it reported substantial growth in revenue and assets and provided more than a thousand instances of direct service to Roseland residents, positioning Incarnation Place as a lead convener and service provider in the neighborhood.
