McCloud Memorial Grant for solo or small‑firm women lawyers, and it makes periodic outreach grants to nonprofits serving women and children in North Texas. In the last 2–3 years the Foundation has actively awarded outreach grants and grants to law‑related programs (including documented 2024 outreach grant recipients) and continues an Allies sustaining-donor program to support its grantmaking.
