About Castle Rock Chamber Foundation
The Castle Rock Chamber Foundation (established 2017) is the charitable arm of the Castle Rock Chamber that operates as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit to support leadership development, workforce initiatives, business education, historic preservation, and community events in Castle Rock and Douglas County.
The Foundation administers and funds programs and projects including Leadership Douglas County, Talent Pipeline DC (workforce development), the Victoria/Carriage House historic site, the Chamber Education Fund, and the Starlighting Fund to support local civic engagement and economic vitality.
In recent years the Foundation has continued to fund Leadership Douglas County cohorts, expand Talent Pipeline/workforce partnerships, and secure grant support to sustain program delivery and community events (notably activity and financial updates reported in 2023–2024).
