About Scholars of Finance

Scholars of Finance is a national nonprofit that builds character and leadership in undergraduate students pursuing careers in finance by providing mentorship, leadership development, and professional programming. The organization supports student-led campus chapters, regional leadership symposiums, mentorship and career events, and partnerships with finance professionals and firms to prepare the next generation for responsible, purpose-driven roles in the financial system.

National scale and recent growth

As of January 2026 Scholars of Finance reports reaching roughly 8,000 students across about 60 universities, with approximately 3,500 members/candidates and ~1,000 finance professionals engaged in programs (organization-updated figures).

Campus chapter network & programs

Built a network of 60+ active campus chapters and runs recurring leadership symposiums, mentorship programs, Career Connect events, and technical training partnerships (including an HBCU-focused initiative launched in recent years).
