About THE LEGAL CLINIC

The Legal Clinic (TLC) is a Honolulu-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit (chartered in 2017) that provides immigration-focused legal services, community education, and policy advocacy for low-income immigrants and migrants across Hawaiʻi. TLC offers free and low-cost representation (including court representation, naturalization assistance, adjustment of status, and humanitarian relief), operates multilingual outreach and know-your-rights programming, and partners with community and legal organizations statewide to extend services to neighbor islands and disaster-affected communities. In recent years TLC has produced an annual impact report (2025), led statewide outreach and webinar series for Pacific Islander and COFA communities, and continued to host its donor-facing annual benefit “Stand Up for Immigrant Justice” to fund its client services.
