About WRITING PARTNERS

Writing Partners is the steward organization behind the Shut Up & Write! movement, operating a mix of free in-person and online writing sessions, organizer support, and a centralized platform for discovery and participation. In recent years Writing Partners has expanded its institutional work with universities and research partners, developed a purpose-built platform to support organizers and protect community data, and convened an international Community in Writing symposium that brought academic and practitioner stakeholders together to study and strengthen communal writing practices.
