SERVE DENTON CENTER INC

Serve Denton Center Inc (EIN 83-0996931) is a Texas 501(c)(3) supporting organization formed in 2018 to facilitate financing and property ownership for Serve Denton (Denton Assistance Center, Inc.). The organization was established to act as the Qualified Active Low-Income Community Business (QALICB) and borrower for New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) financing that enabled acquisition and renovation of the Serve Denton property. Serve Denton operates a shared-service nonprofit center in Denton, Texas that houses and supports multiple partner nonprofits and service providers so they can deliver healthcare, counseling, food, housing assistance, and other direct services more efficiently. In recent years Serve Denton and Serve Denton Center have published audited consolidated financial statements and Form 990 returns (including filings through 2023–2024) that document the consolidated activities, assets held in the Serve Denton Center entity, and the organization’s role in NMTC financing.
