Serves as the Collaborative Applicant and Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) lead for the Bridging The Gap (BTG) Balance-of-State Continuum of Care, administering HMIS operations and the automated Coordinated Entry System across Kaua‘i, Maui and Hawai‘i counties and providing technical oversight to participating providers.
Produced annual PIT & CES evaluations
Authored annual Point-in-Time (PIT) counts and Coordinated Entry System evaluation reports used by CoCs and state agencies to track homelessness trends on the neighbor islands, and provided the underlying data and analysis cited in local coverage and planning documents.
Sustained fiscal growth to scale services
Form 990 filings and organizational filings show multi-year fiscal activity that supported expansion of data projects, staffing for HMIS/HMIS-adjacent services, and contracts with public and private partners to scale technical and analytic work across the state.
