About Aloha Animal Sanctuary

Aloha Animal Sanctuary is Oʻahu’s first nonprofit sanctuary dedicated primarily to farmed animals (cows, pigs, chickens, turkeys, goats, etc.). Founded in 2018 and operating as a 501(c)(3) since 2019, the sanctuary cares for rescued animals on a small, volunteer-run property on Oʻahu and runs public education, tours, sponsorship programs, volunteer days and community events. In recent years the organization has continued rescue and care work while expanding community-facing programs — including adopt-a-animal sponsorships, educational tours for keiki and adults, and fundraising events. The sanctuary is an active, donor-facing nonprofit with current web presence, public events, and filed Form 990 returns (EIN confirmed as 83-1947197).
