About Citizens Offering Parker Police Support (COPPS)
Citizens Offering Parker Police Support (COPPS) is a community-based 501(c)(3) organization formed by graduates of the Parker Police Department’s Citizen’s Academy to support the department through fundraising, volunteer programs, and advisory activities.
COPPS raises money for equipment and care (including support for mounted patrol and K‑9 veterinary needs), organizes and staffs community outreach events, and maintains ongoing partnerships with the Parker Police Department and Town of Parker programs (including participation in the Town’s Adopt‑a‑Street effort and the Citizen’s Police Academy).

Sustained fundraising impact
Raised more than $30,000 to fund equipment upgrades, veterinary care, and department programs.
Support for department assets
Contributed funding toward updates to the Parker Police Mobile Command Center and purchases for the Mounted Patrol (including a PPD‑branded saddle).
Official recognition
Received a Citizen Commendation from the Parker Police Department in recognition of volunteer and community service contributions.
