About PROJECT RESTART (doing business as Housed, Working & Healthy)
Project Restart (dba Housed, Working & Healthy) is a Denver-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that operates a holistic, partner-based program focused on housing, employment training (chiefly culinary), and mental-health supports to help participants attain stable work and independent housing.
The organization operates an accredited culinary training program, runs social-enterprise kitchens (including a training eatery), and partners with local shelters, technical colleges and employers. Over the past 2–3 years it has expanded programming, deepened employer partnerships and scaled fundraising and earned-revenue efforts to increase placements and program capacity.
