About Careers In Construction Colorado
Careers In Construction Colorado (CICC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that builds industry–education partnerships to expand construction-focused career and technical education for high school students across Colorado.
The program delivers hands-on curricula, industry-recognized certifications, employer connections, and job-placement support through a chapter model that teams local trade associations with schools.
Since launching as a pilot in 2015, CICC has expanded statewide and runs programs such as student career fairs, home-build projects, instructor training, and regional "Built for the Future" outreach events.
