About BIONORTHTEXAS FOUNDATION

BioNTX (BIONORTHTEXAS Foundation) is the regional trade organization and convener for life sciences and healthcare innovation in North Texas, serving industry, academic, and governmental stakeholders across the DFW area. The organization runs high‑level educational programming, membership services, collaborative initiatives, and an annual iC³ Life Science & Healthcare Innovation Summit to connect founders, investors, researchers and employers.

BioNTX operates programs to strengthen the regional ecosystem — including workforce training (BioWorks for North Texas), technology transfer showcases, purchasing consortium services, and policy/advocacy work — and maintains formal affiliation with national industry partners to raise North Texas visibility and attract capital. The organization has an active web presence, regular event calendar, and ongoing regional partnerships, and it completed a board‑approved CEO transition in early 2026.

iC³ Summit: regional flagship event

BioNTX organizes the annual iC³ Life Science & Healthcare Innovation Summit (Innovation = Capital × Collaboration × Commercialization); the summit has grown into the organization’s signature convening, marking multi‑year milestones and drawing industry leaders, investors, researchers and more from across North Texas.

ARPA‑H consortium participation

BioNTX joined a multi‑city Texas consortium to pursue an ARPA‑H customer experience hub, positioning North Texas to compete for federal research investments and to increase visibility for regional innovators.
