About TEXAS COUNCIL FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDIES

Texas Council for International Studies (TCIS) is a Texas-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2019 to support implementation and growth of International Baccalaureate (IB) programs across Texas school districts. TCIS partners with IB World Schools and districts to provide program development, authorized IB professional development, curriculum planning, marketing support, and scholarship programs.
