CureGRIN Foundation is dedicated to improving the lives of people worldwide with GRI Disorders (GRIA, GRID, GRIK, and GRIN) and their families through patient-centered research, education, and community support.
About CureGRIN Foundation
CureGRIN is a parent-founded 501(c)(3) nonprofit that drives research, funds therapeutic development, and builds a global community for people affected by single-gene GRI Disorders. The organization coordinates collaborations among families, clinicians, researchers, and industry to accelerate treatments and cures.
In recent years CureGRIN has published impact reports, launched a Research Roadmap, funded targeted research, and expanded family-focused programs and international conferences to deepen clinical-research connections and increase awareness.

Created a public Research Roadmap identifying essential questions to guide GRI research and committed multi-hundred-thousand-dollar investments to address those priorities.
Targeted research grants
Announced dedicated research funding rounds to accelerate preclinical and clinical studies, including a six-figure research commitment in recent years.
