Founded on the legacy of educator Emily Griffith in 1927, Griffith Centers operates a statewide network of residential and community‑based programs that serve children, youth, adults with developmental disabilities, and their families; the organization currently reaches over 1,500 clients annually and maintains offices across Colorado.

In the last 2–3 years the agency has expanded services and identity—launching the P.A.S.A. program for adults with disabilities in 2022 and completing a rebrand to Griffith Centers with new substance‑use programming in 2023—while maintaining accreditation and licensure from state and national agencies.
