About YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region (Young Men's Christian Association of the Pikes Peak Region)
A long-established community nonprofit serving the Pikes Peak Region, the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region operates multiple family centers, year-round resident camp programs, before-and-after-school sites, aquatics facilities and recreation partnerships to advance youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
In recent years the association has reported serving well over 100,000 people across its centers and program sites, employing and engaging more than 500 staff and volunteers, and continuing to provide substantial financial assistance and scholarships to increase access to programs.

In its 2023 report the Y documented distribution of substantial aid—reporting over $821,000 in direct financial assistance and approximately $1.26 million when including scholarships and program support—expanding access for families, campers and members.
Large-scale aquatics instruction (2023)
The association reports teaching thousands to swim and providing broad water-safety education (8,200+ people learned to swim in 2023), a major local drowning-prevention effort.
