It is a tax-exempt 501(c)(3) community hospital serving Brighton and surrounding communities in Adams and northern Weld counties.

The organization provides acute inpatient and outpatient services, emergency and trauma care, specialty clinics and community health programs, and partners with a hospital foundation to support local health initiatives and access to care.

In recent years the hospital has integrated with larger regional systems (affiliation with SCL Health and subsequent alignment with Intermountain Health) to expand clinical resources, technology, and coordinated primary and specialty care for the region.
