About DEVELOPMENTAL PATHWAYS, INCORPORATED
Developmental Pathways (DP) is a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, founded in 1964, that provides coordinated services and supports for people with developmental disabilities and delays and their families across Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert counties and the City of Aurora. DP serves across the lifespan and functions as a Community Centered Board (CCB) and a designated Case Management Agency (CMA) while also operating Colorado’s largest Early Intervention program.
In fiscal year 2024 (July 1, 2023–June 30, 2024) DP completed a major expansion tied to Colorado’s Case Management Redesign (starting November 1, 2023), bringing thousands of additional individuals into case management and substantially increasing its staff and community programming; DP also administers local Mill Levy funds and related grants to support community providers and unmet individual needs.

Became the designated CMA for its LTSS service area on November 1, 2023, onboarding thousands of additional individuals into case management and expanding core case management services.
Substantial FY24 growth
Growth in FY24 to a point-in-time service population of over 15,000 individuals and families and a significant expansion of staffing and service capacity during the 2023–2024 fiscal year.
Mill Levy stewardship & community grants
Managed and distributed local Mill Levy funds and stability grants (mill levy program totals in FY24) to support provider stability and community programming for people with I/DD.
