SRDA added a 2-1-1 Aging & Disability Resource Center to provide one-stop access to long-term care resources and information for multiple counties in southeastern Colorado.
Sustained nutrition and volunteer impact
SRDA’s Meals on Wheels program has expanded from a few clients at start-up to delivering hundreds of meals daily and relies on a large volunteer driver network to reach homebound older adults.
