About COLORADO LIBRARY CONSORTIUM

The Colorado Library Consortium (CLiC) is a nonprofit regional library service system that supports libraries across Colorado. It operates as a 501(c)(3) and is recognized under Colorado statute as a regional library service system serving public, academic, school, and special libraries. CLiC provides core infrastructure and shared services for member libraries including a shared catalog (AspenCat), statewide courier and interlibrary delivery, cooperative purchasing agreements, talent development and continuing education, and in-field consulting to strengthen local library operations and community engagement. CLiC also convenes professional events and conferences for library staff. In recent years CLiC has continued active service delivery and professional programming (including statewide resource-sharing conferences and the annual AspenCat conference), maintained audited financial reporting and Form 990 filings through FY2025, and carried forward multi-year strategic planning and annual plans to guide services and statewide work.
