About Family Tree, Inc.
Family Tree, Inc. (EIN 84-0730973) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving the seven-county Denver metro area since 1976. The organization works across three program pillars—Children & Youth Services, Domestic Violence Services, and Housing & Family Stabilization—delivering integrated, trauma-informed supports.
Services include in-home and community-based family supports, domestic violence crisis intervention and advocacy, emergency and transitional housing, housing search and placement, and employment/education supports. Strong program outcomes
Recent reporting highlights high outcomes for clients: a large majority of youth served by the Community Family Resource Team were diverted from further child welfare involvement and a high percentage of households exiting the Homelessness Program moved into safe, stable housing in the most recent reporting year.
Marshall Street Landing development
Advancing a Family Tree-led development (Marshall Street Landing) to add a four-story building with roughly 85 one- and two-bedroom apartments and on-site services to house individuals and families experiencing literal and chronic homelessness.
Organizational improvement & measurement
Implemented a Continuous Improvement Practice (CIP) and post-exit survey protocol, expanded data and evaluation capacity, and adopted market-based pay adjustments and equity-focused practices to strengthen staff retention and service quality.
