About NeighborWorks Southern Colorado (formerly Neighborhood Housing Services of Pueblo, Inc.)
NeighborWorks Southern Colorado (NWSoCo), originally Neighborhood Housing Services of Pueblo, is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and charter member of NeighborWorks America, serving Pueblo and the surrounding Southern Colorado region since the late 1970s.
The organization operates on four pillars—educate, build, lend, and engage—providing HUD-certified housing counseling, affordable home construction and rehabilitation, community lending products, and neighborhood engagement programs.
In recent years NWSoCo has expanded its affordable housing development and community services while scaling homebuyer education, food initiatives, and down payment assistance across Southern Colorado.
