Leadership Design Group (LDG) is a Colorado‑based nonprofit mentoring ministry founded in 1980 that offers whole‑life, transformational mentoring for leaders, organizations, and communities. LDG centers its work on an 8‑dimension model of the 'Circle of Life' to help leaders grow in personal, relational, vocational, spiritual, and organizational health.
LDG provides one‑on‑one and team mentoring plus workshops, retreats, counseling intensives, and consulting for churches, NGOs, schools and businesses. The organization is listed in public nonprofit records as a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 84‑0763636).
LDG is led by founder and Master Mentor Wes Roberts and a small board of directors; it publishes mentoring resources and maintains a program of workshops and mentoring engagements that serve leaders across multiple life stages and sectors.
