About SPRING INSTITUTE FOR INTERCULTURAL LEARNING
Spring Institute for Intercultural Learning is a Denver-based nonprofit (est. 1979) that is a federally tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization focused on education, language access, workforce pathways, and policy advocacy for immigrant and refugee communities.
The organization operates a broad set of programs including The Interpreter Network (interpretation and translation services), Adult Education & Career Pathways (ESL, HSE/GED prep, employment training, healthcare career pipelines), and early childhood & family supports (Ready Tots, HIPPY home visiting), and provides cultural resource navigation and policy advocacy.
In the last 2–3 years Spring Institute has expanded partnership work to strengthen healthcare workforce pipelines for internationally trained professionals, grown language-access services and interpreter training, and played a visible role in state-level language-access and immigrant-serving coalitions and policy efforts.

Built and operates The Interpreter Network serving 100+ languages and hundreds of professional interpreters and translators to expand language access across health, education, and community services.
Workforce pipeline for international health workers
Developed and scaled initiatives (including Colorado Welcome Back and Colorado Works for International Physicians partnerships) that prepare internationally trained healthcare professionals for U.S. clinical readiness and employment.
Sustained advocacy impact
Active participant and leader in statewide coalitions on language access, adult education and refugee/immigrant mental health; contributed to recent policy and public-comment campaigns to strengthen language access and services in Colorado.
