The Catholic Diocese of Pueblo Foundation is the diocesan charitable foundation and independent nonprofit giving arm established to support parishes, missions, schools, seminarians and charitable programs across the Diocese of Pueblo. It operates under U.S. tax-exempt status as a 501(c)(3) organization and is included in the USCCB group exemption structure.
In recent years (2023–2025) the Foundation has expanded grantmaking, grown seminary endowments and led capital and planned-giving efforts (including a Poor Clare endowment and a diocesan capital campaign). In 2025 the Foundation reported significant grant distributions to parishes, schools and humanitarian partners and continued special collections such as Good Shepherd Sunday to support seminarians.

Distributed significant grant awards in 2025 to dozens of Catholic organizations across the diocese to support youth ministry, faith formation and parish programs.
Support for Poor Clare Endowment
Established and funded an endowment to support the Capuchin Poor Clare sisters, including a matching gift initiative to strengthen long-term care for the community.
Growth of Seminary Burse
Raised funds through campaigns and Good Shepherd Sunday collections to grow the Seminary Burse endowment, reducing financial barriers for seminarians in formation.
