Resource Central

Resource Central is an award-winning nonprofit based in Boulder, Colorado that helps people save water, reduce waste, and conserve energy through practical, community-focused programs. Its core services include water-conservation programs (Garden In A Box, Lawn Replacement, Slow the Flow sprinkler evaluations), a Materials Reuse center with free home pickup and resale of reclaimed building and household materials, and educational outreach including Renew Our Schools. Founded in 1976 as a community-based conservation organization, Resource Central reports long-term impact metrics including tens of millions of pounds of materials diverted from landfills and billions of gallons of water saved.
