Rocky Mountain SER (RMSER) is a Denver-based nonprofit (EIN 84-0826906) that operates workforce development, community development and food-security programs across Colorado. RMSER administers the U.S. Department of Labor’s National Farmworker Jobs Program (NFJP) in Colorado and runs a network of Empowerment Centers in Denver, Pueblo, Alamosa and San Luis.

Network of Empowerment Centers
Established multi-service Empowerment Centers in Denver, Pueblo, Alamosa and San Luis that combine food access, training, partner services and space for local entrepreneurs and service providers.
Pueblo mixed-use affordable housing project
Advancing a Pueblo redevelopment that integrates roughly 100 affordable housing units with an on-site Empowerment Center, food market, community center and greenhouse to create a holistic community campus.
