About Hope Communities, Inc.
Founded in 1980, Hope Communities, Inc. is an IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit that develops and operates affordable housing while providing on-site supportive services, education, and resource navigation for residents and neighboring communities.
Operating primarily in Denver, CO, Hope combines real estate development and property management with programs that support housing stability, workforce and education services, refugee integration, youth enrichment, and health and food-access initiatives.
In recent years the organization has expanded resident services (including language-accessible navigation), increased emergency rental support and food distribution, and continued campus and community development efforts to preserve and create affordable homes.
