About COLORADO COMMUNITY HEALTH NETWORK INC

Colorado Community Health Network (CCHN) is Colorado’s statewide association of Community Health Centers (CHCs). It represents a network of CHCs that provide primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services to low-resourced and uninsured Coloradans.

CCHN delivers policy advocacy, technical assistance, quality improvement, workforce development, and enrollment support (including the Covering Kids & Families effort) to strengthen the safety-net. In the last 2–3 years the organization has continued statewide programs and received federal support to sustain and expand access to care for underserved populations.
