About Colorado Coalition for the Homeless
Founded in 1984 and organized as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless (CCH) operates an integrated model of housing, health care, and supportive services across Colorado to prevent and end homelessness.
CCH combines permanent supportive housing, emergency and transitional housing, street outreach, and integrated clinical services (through Stout Street Health Center and satellite clinics). In 2024 the Coalition reported serving over 19,000 people and thousands of health-care visits, with very high retention rates among residents placed in permanent supportive housing.
