About Pueblo Community Soup Kitchen
Pueblo Community Soup Kitchen (PCSK) is a locally operated 501(c)(3) nonprofit that runs daily meal programs to serve people experiencing homelessness and food insecurity in Pueblo County. It operates a continental breakfast and a hot noon meal several days per week and partners with community groups for food collection and volunteer support.
In the last few years PCSK has continued to expand service volume and community fundraising: it reported serving on the order of tens of thousands of meals annually (roughly 73–74k meals in 2022–2023), experienced sharp monthly increases in client numbers during 2023, and ran community fundraisers and Colorado Gives campaigns as recently as 2025 to sustain operations.
