About COLORADO HOMELESS FAMILIES, DBA BEYONDHOME
BeyondHome (formerly Colorado Homeless Families) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides service-enriched transitional housing and intensive case management for working families with children who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
Families rent one of BeyondHome’s homes at an affordable share of income while participating in a multi-year self-sufficiency program that combines individualized case planning, trauma-informed counseling, financial and job-readiness education, and youth-focused supports.
BeyondHome also operates youth programming, a community foodbank/garden and recurring community events designed to build stability, school success, and long-term housing outcomes for residents.
