About Society of Women Engineers Rocky Mountain Section
The Rocky Mountain Section (RMS) is a professional section of the Society of Women Engineers serving Colorado and Wyoming. RMS supports women and allies across career stages through outreach, scholarships, professional development, and community-building activities.
RMS is one of SWE’s larger sections (the site notes a membership base of several hundred) and runs long-standing regional programs such as the Great Women in Engineering and Science Essay Contest and an annual scholarship program.
