About CRESTED BUTTE SCHOOL OF DANCE
Crested Butte School of Dance (CBSOD) is a community-based 501(c)(3) arts-education organization founded in 1983 that provides year-round dance instruction and performance opportunities for students of all ages and abilities in the Gunnison Valley.
Programs range from preschool movement classes and rigorous pre-professional training to adult and aerial programs; CBSOD also produces community performances, hosts guest artists and workshops, and conducts outreach and scholarship programming in partnership with local arts and school organizations.
