The Rocky Mountain Youth Leadership Foundation (RMYLF) is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit that produces the Rocky Mountain Youth Leadership Conference (RMYLC), a five‑day, in‑residence leadership education program for rising high school seniors primarily from the Colorado Front Range.
Founded in the early 1990s and sponsored in part by the Military Order of the World Wars (MOWW), the Foundation awards full scholarships so students attend the conference at no tuition cost; the organization focuses its resources on program delivery, fundraising, and continuous improvement of the conference experience.
