About Mapleton Education Foundation
Mapleton Education Foundation (MEF) is a Colorado 501(c)(3) nonprofit that partners with Mapleton Public Schools to expand learning opportunities for students and support educators. The Foundation focuses on scholarships, classroom innovation grants, student experiences, and community engagement to remove financial and opportunity barriers for K–12 students.
In recent years MEF has scaled scholarship awards, maintained teacher grants (Marchi Mini Grants), and run recurring community programs such as Wolverine Welcome Back and the Mapleton Holiday Shop. MEF reports active impact metrics (scholarships, volunteer hours, dollars raised, and students served) and continues to operate annual fundraising and recognition events to fund programs.
