About NORTHERN COLORADO INTERTRIBAL POWWOW ASSN., INC.
Northern Colorado Intertribal Powwow Association (NCIPA) is a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) cultural nonprofit based in Fort Collins, Colorado, best known for producing an annual multi-day contest powwow and Indian art market that brings together dancers, singers, artists and families from the Rocky Mountain and Great Plains regions.
NCIPA advances cultural revitalization and public education through powwow programming (grand entries, gourd dances, children’s activities, community feeds), an arts and crafts market, vendor opportunities, and partnerships with local funders and civic organizations.
In recent years NCIPA has continued to run its spring powwow (30th in April 2024, 31st in April 2025) and prepare for subsequent annual events, maintaining regional participation and community-focused cultural activities.
