About Almost Home, Inc.
Almost Home, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Brighton, Colorado, serving Adams, Broomfield and southern Weld counties with shelter, housing navigation, prevention, and rapid re-housing services.
The organization operates a residential-style emergency family shelter, a Housing Navigation Center, outreach and housing-stability programs, and newer pilots (including a Guaranteed Income for Older Adults effort) to prevent and shorten episodes of homelessness.

Marked three decades of service to the community in 2023, celebrating sustained operations since the early 1990s and an expanding service footprint across the Front Range.
