Castle Rock Senior Center, Inc.

Castle Rock Senior Center, Inc. (doing business as Castle Rock Senior Activity Center) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community senior center serving adults 50+ in Castle Rock and surrounding Douglas County communities. The organization has operated for over five decades and provides recreational, educational, wellness, and support services designed to reduce isolation and promote independence.

The Center runs an extensive calendar of programs (roughly 150 activities per month), volunteer-driven transportation and shuttle services, congregate meals and Meals on Wheels, trips and special-interest groups, and targeted supports such as scholarship assistance so financially constrained seniors can participate.

In recent years the Center has expanded its transportation and program capacity: membership is in the low thousands and the organization reported significant service volumes (including thousands of rides provided annually) and roughly $1M in revenues in its most recent reporting year.
